Arrival of new documents to the archive

Published 14 May 2020 in category News

In 2019, the parish archive was replenished with metric records of born, married and deceased Catholics of the New Jersey Church, the Annunciation Church, the Bordentown Church and the Harbin Church. The entire volume of metric records is contained in the CATALOG. Of particular interest are the metric records of the Harbin Church (northern part of Manchuria). They were supplemented by recordings from 1909 to 1913, but recordings from 1914 are still inaccessible.

The material will be interesting for historians, descendants of Catholic Poles, who, due to historical events, ended up in the Eastern region of USA and all those interested in the history of the USA East.

For questions about searches and extracts from metric books, you can contact the archive of the parish of the St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Bordentown, NJ, USA.
